MUST VISIT: BITES AND VIBES IS HERE IN ISLAMABAD

I'm one of the people who always complain that there are no events in Islamabad and we're not able to enjoy as much as the Lahoris and Karachites. But I'm glad that now we've started having fun events in Islamabad too.

After having a very good experience at Islamabad Eat, I'm very excited for Bites and Vibes - a food festival by Food Panda that's taking place in Islamabad on 21st January. 🔜
The event will take place in Art and Craft Village, Shakarparian, from 10am to 10pm and there'll be a LOT of eateries serving their best food at a VERY LOW price. Yess, nothing will cross rs. 200 and I think that's a steal, especially when you'll have restaurants like Peppers, Jessie's, Cheese factor, The waffle House, Chattha's, Wild Thyme - Hunza Cuisine, Rahdaari and many more serving you. And oh, 7up will be serving free margaritas too 🙆🍹🍸
There will also be a kids area with token rides, jumping castle, face painting and other exciting activities for kids.
Moreover, you'll be enjoying the performance of Sakin and Khamaj band too 🙆

Although I have my exam the next day, but I'm not going to miss this event at all 💯

You guys need to visit if you're in Islamabad. The tickets, priced at PKR 200 will be available on spot.
You can find other details here.

#JusticeforZainab

CHANGE doesn’t exist in the dictionary of this society anymore. We raise slogans for CHANGE, we set it as our aim for bringing betterment but have we ever thought of actually implementing THIS CHANGE to our lives positively?

This is another black day for the society why? Because we never even thought of changing, reforming ourselves or purifying ourselves. How are we even different from the nations who went extinct, the ones who were made sign of disgrace for the generations to come? The answer that your soul slaps you with is, NO.
Why do we keep get stricken by shameful incidents every day is because we deserve it. What have we ever done to make this society better even by an inch?  The humanity stands ashamed to Zainab today, it has stood shame-faced in history to many more zainabs and their brothers as well as their families. Zainab was kidnapped, raped and killed but have we thought if she would have lived what would have been happened. She would have been ridiculed all her life of the sin she didn’t even commit. All her life she would have been told no one will marry you, you can’t go out people will talk about you, you can’t study because your innocence have been taken away.
We keep blaming higher officials for what happens, for every act of injustice. Have we ever thought of taking the blame for once, once at least?  Who brought them into power? Who goes to their sermons? Who raise their slogans? Us, my dear fellows.
Today officials of all provincial governments and surrounding people are posting pictures and criticizing the local and federal in-power people, what did they do themselves, do they save the girls being raped every day in the suburbs of Sindh. Did they even try to stop the honor killings being done in kpk? Do they even know how women are treated in Baluchistan? In accordance, what did we do?
So easily people are able to say ‘IS MULK KA KUCH NAI HO SAKTA’ ‘IS MULK MAIN KON HAI SUANANAY WALA’. Who is responsible for all this? Us. The country or state isn’t responsible for what happens, it’s the people. It’s easy to play the blame game and sneak out of scene but it takes courage to take the blame and stand up. It is us who failed to keep up the promise of bringing happiness to the homeland. To all those people saying ‘IS MULK NE DIYA HEE KIA HAI’ Bhai what have you given to the country? We don’t know the price of freedom yet that is the reason we find it easy to say things like these and complaint 24/7.
But on the brighter side ignorant and literates are not equal as said by the HOLY QURAN. I see painful captions full of feelings from fellows of Zainab, I see people of Qasur standing up for justice for the 12 angels who were killed in similar assaults. Humanitarian activists playing their role, celebrities , students and all those who have even a little bit idea of the pain is asking for justice on their parts. We surely need to do more, maybe that can’t be done now but later?
We can stop acting as idiots and stop bringing same people into power despite of knowing they can’t do nothing other than gaining their self-interest, suck the blood of nation and destroy the national economy; integrity and security. PAKISTAN AND PAKISTANIS can do wonders. Let’s not go every word of awakening into waste and spread the word let’s bring the actual CHANGE into force, lets CHANGE ourselves.
For once keep your personal benefits behind and think of our beloved country, think of fellow humans and think of all the children like Zainab calling out for us. ALLAH HELPS THOSE WHO HELP THEMSELVES. Ignorant leaders are written in the fate of ignorant nations. Let us imagine to which religion and country we belong? The ones whose leaders are best, who could ever exist. And then the creator ALLAH, who keeps the rights of His creation prior to His own. How will we ever face Him on the day of justice?

Pink Charming Magnolia

Imagine stepping into your bathroom and having it turn into a blooming garden filled with exotic flowers you’ve never seen before. What if it was true? The three premium Lux soap bars bring to you enticing fragrances with a dash of alluring smells appeasing your senses hence spreading the feeling of calmness, freshness and beauty all over your body. The three Lux variants are represented by: Mawra Hocane for the Pink Charming Magnolia, Mahira Khan for the Red Hypnotic Rose and Maya Ali for the White Elegant Gardenia. This blog will be covering the benefits of the Pink Charming Magnolia that is represented by Mawra Hocane.

Charming Magnolia, the pink variant of Lux is made from the flower Magnolia. With more than 200 different species prominently found in the gardens of France, the flower is also known as French Magnolia and is found in the soft shades of pink. With touches of exotic Kashmir Wood notes and the sweet florally of Magnolia, this is an elegant yet powerful fragrance. It represents luxury, prestige and addiction. The scent smells lemony and citrus like. Fragrance aside, the hardy nature of the shrubs and trees on which these flowers grow have allowed it to survive and thrive in harsh conditions over so much evolutionary time, and it has developed a unique nutrient and organic compound composition over that time as well, representing potentially powerful health benefits for humans. Apart from giving your skin the perfect glow and texture, this variant helps deal with skin allergies.
Representing Charming Magnolia, the pink variant of Lux, Mawra does the fragrance justice by looking like a blooming flower herself with her perfect glowing skin and luscious brown locks flowing down her shoulders. She talks about how the audience would not remember what she wore but would remember her smile and there is no doubt that anybody can forget that.

PHYSIOGEL - LOVE YOUR SKIN CAMPAIGN WITH AISHA KHAN

Hey there beautiful people! Hope you are all doing great! As you all must have read my previous articles on Physiogel, by now you all  know how much we like their products. Not only are they good for your skin but they cater to all skin types and are easy to use.

I did a campaign couple of months back with Physiogel and like always their creams and lotions turned out great for my skin. I am an avid supporter of good skin care system and Physiogel provides that.

On the 10th of August, a media meet and greet was held in Karachi for the launch of Digital Campaign by Physiogel at Cafe Aylanto attended by  Aisha Khan, Brand Ambassador for Physiogel. The Campaign titled *Love Your Skin* befits Aisha Khan as I have seen her skin up close and personal and I can vouch for it that she has the most flawless, smooth and illuminated skin. No wonder she has been chosen as the brand ambassador for Physiogel Digital Campaign!

The red carpet was hosted by Dr. Muzna Ibrahim.  Ayeza Sumsam, Brand Manager GSK Consumer elaborated on their choice of celebrity ambassador, the reason being that for their brand its very important to associate with a  personality and name who believes in the message and what the brand stands for. Hence Aisha Khan was the perfect choice for the brand who you all can see in the Digital Campaign looking radiant with her flawlessly glowing skin.

GSKCH Marketing Director, Sadia Nasiruddin further elaborated that through this digital marketing, they want to involve the consumer by communicating with them, boost their self esteem and encourage them to feel confident in their skin and to love it.

The evening was pretty star studded, attended namely by Adnan Malik, Sadaf Kanwal, Alishba Yousuf who participated in the skin care activities and were very interactive with crowd sharing their views and opinions.

Here are some pictures from the event that you wouldn't want to miss:

Recent Haul from Homebazar.pk

Hi guyss. Hope you all are doing well 💕
I'm inactive here because I'm planning to get a personal domain soon and because I'm more active on my instagram these days.
If you're following me there, you probably know about a website that I trust with 100% original makeup.
www.homebazar.pk it is 💯
So, my recent haul from the store contains the following products:

1. These Unicorn Gold brushes that I AM IN LOVE WITHHH.
2. Smoothing primer by L.A girl
3. Hard Candy Glamouflauge foundation
4. MUA luxe metallic lipsticks in shades flame and flare.

REVIEW:

Talking about the website, guys you can always trust them for authentic products. You'll never regret. And yes, they've got some amazing products that you can hardly get your hands on, in Pakistan.
Like they've got amazing sets of brushes like these unicorn brushes and the trending mermaid brushes too.
Besides that, there's a huge variety of drugstore and high end products. 💯

Then, coming to the product review, the brushes HAVE to be my favorite. Not only they look beautiful, but they're dense and work really well. You'll love them.
Coming to the primer, I've used it earlier as well and it's an amazing drugstore product that you must try. Helps you get a really smooth skin, makes the application of the foundation easier and helps it last longer.
Then, the hard candy glamouflague foundation, I can SWEAR by this foundation. Take my words and try it girls. It's one of the best foundations that I've ever tried. It gives such a flawless and smooth finish that you'll definitely end up loving it. The staying power is good too. However, I thought that it'd have a high coverage and the coverage was medium but I still love it. Not only me, my friends loved it too 😄 Highly recommend.
Then these metallic lipsticks, flare is the color I could wear every day but I have to mix flame with some other shade so it doesn't feel so bright 🙊 want to see the swatches, let me know and I'll post on my instagram. But yes, the staying power is not too good, they stay for 1-2 hours only. So if you're looking for some long lasting lipsticks, better get your hands on the matte ones. 🙊
Sharing a picture of the brushes because I like them so much 😻

Hope you liked the review, keep following me on Instagram to stay updated 💯💕

TRIMS HAIR OIL - IS IT WORTH THE HYPE?

Hello girlies! Hope y'all are doing good.
I know I'm not much active here and post more on my insta blog but I'll start doing more blog posts after my exams. 🙊
Alright, so I'm here to share my review about Trims Herbal Hair Oil.
A lot of you might have heard about this brand on Facebook.
So, a few months ago, they sent me a bottle of their famous hair oil.
And I'm sharing the review after like, 2, 3 months. I'm that lazy. NO. I'm lazy but i didn't delay writing the review because of my laziness. I'm writing this now because I wanted to finish the last drop of oil in the bottle.
And I'm here. This means that I took my time to observe the change and am here to share my experience.
So, the instructions said that I have to apply it on alternate days, and I applied it like once (or sometimes twice) a week (I now regret not applying it every other day 🙊)
So, first of all I really like the packaging. It's pretty cute. Then, talking about the smell, it's terrible 😂 haha. This is because of a lot of herbs present in it. But it goes away when you wash your hair properly.
Now, the results.
Guyss I'm so surprised, I wasn't expecting it to do wonders but it actually did! On a scale of 10, my hairfall went from 8 to 2.
Trust me I'm not exaggerating. It actually did make my hair strong.
I also got my hair dyed (you can read about my experience in the previous posts) and was worried whether it'd damage my hair but nothing happened.
Summarizing my experience, it is really good if you're looking for something that fights dandruff and hair fall.
Haven't noticed any new hair growth tho.

So, I'd recommend it to everyone.
Go, get it and let me know how it was!
