TRIMS HAIR OIL - IS IT WORTH THE HYPE?

Hello girlies! Hope y'all are doing good.
I know I'm not much active here and post more on my insta blog but I'll start doing more blog posts after my exams. 🙊
Alright, so I'm here to share my review about Trims Herbal Hair Oil.
A lot of you might have heard about this brand on Facebook.
So, a few months ago, they sent me a bottle of their famous hair oil.
And I'm sharing the review after like, 2, 3 months. I'm that lazy. NO. I'm lazy but i didn't delay writing the review because of my laziness. I'm writing this now because I wanted to finish the last drop of oil in the bottle.
And I'm here. This means that I took my time to observe the change and am here to share my experience.
So, the instructions said that I have to apply it on alternate days, and I applied it like once (or sometimes twice) a week (I now regret not applying it every other day 🙊)
So, first of all I really like the packaging. It's pretty cute. Then, talking about the smell, it's terrible 😂 haha. This is because of a lot of herbs present in it. But it goes away when you wash your hair properly.
Now, the results.
Guyss I'm so surprised, I wasn't expecting it to do wonders but it actually did! On a scale of 10, my hairfall went from 8 to 2.
Trust me I'm not exaggerating. It actually did make my hair strong.
I also got my hair dyed (you can read about my experience in the previous posts) and was worried whether it'd damage my hair but nothing happened.
Summarizing my experience, it is really good if you're looking for something that fights dandruff and hair fall.
Haven't noticed any new hair growth tho.

So, I'd recommend it to everyone.
Go, get it and let me know how it was!

Review: Iznik lawn - Spring/Summer 2017 unstitched collection

Iznik has made their mark in the industry due to their amazing designs and the beautiful color schemes.

They have casual, party wear and fancy dresses in their collections and the delicate, elegant work on them is to die for. I recently came across the pictures of their Spring/Summer 2017 unstitched collection, that is present in all the leading stores nationwide since 27th March, and fell in love with their designs.

The designers have put in a lot of effort to design these gorgeous dresses and I believe, they have done an amazing job.
There are 10 different designs that give you the option to choose from their flower patterns, Moroccan patterns, baroque and French Teasels.

The lawn used is pure 80*80 lawn and the dupattas are of chiffon. The color carries vibrant and fresh colors for summers. The floral designs make this collection perfect for Spring and Summer.
I myself am a huge fan of light colors and decent embroidery so this collection caught my eyes instantly.

The best part is that these are priced at rs. 3,990 only, that's not too much for a dress that has a good quality, beautiful print and elegant embroidery. No?

I'm planning to get my hands on one or two dresses from their latest collection.
What are your favourtie clothing brands? Would love to know in the comments x

Short Review: Tribute to Madam Noor Jehan; "GUL-E-DAUDI"

Review:

A few days back, EMI Pakistan Ltd. released a short 15 minutes film, paying tribute to Madam Noor Jehan. It was directed by Umar Riaz, a young and very talented director. Media management was undertaken by Transmedia Digital.
I am not very fond of watching movies but was asked to watch this one. When I first heard that it's a tribute to Madam Noor Jehan, I thought it would be based on her life or her music career etc. but it wasn't like that.

It was a silent, black and white movie, like the ones people used to watch in old times. This is the real beauty of the movie. The director has done a great job! The storyline of the movie is simple yet unique. Old school filming technique adds extra points to it.
It is the story of a young boy and a girl in love, from their childhood to adulthood that shows different aspects of life focusing mainly on love and relationship. How a girl and boy fall in love in their childhood, how the love at that age is innocent. Then, how they grow up together, their intimacy, their bonding, their strong relationship in the form of marriage, everything is shown so beautifully. It shows how love can be so sweet and so harsh at times. Yes, that's the reality.
The movie shows how life is not only happiness and not only sadness but is a combination of both. There are good times and bad times, but how people who are together and who have to be together face all the difficulties together. They have to go through thick and thin together to prove their love and this makes the bond stronger.
The movie is a silent movie and each situation is described by Noor Jehan's songs. The legend's songs fit perfectly into every situation. From innocent childhood love to adulthood love involving intimacy, from sweet to sour. Every situation is described perfectly by her songs, from beginnings to middles to endings.

Cast:

The central couple was played by Ismat Jawwad and Usman Latif who are married to each other in real life.
Here is the cast of the movie.

About the director:

Umar Riaz is a young, talented, student Oscar nominated director, born and raised in Lahore and currently lives in New York City. His amazing award winning short films have been screened at various film festivals internationally.
